Interview process is decent, people I met with were extremely informed, smart and asked some thought provoking questions. There were 3 rounds of interviews. Asked for references, never got back to me after I submitted the references. Decision hasn’t been made in 3 weeks since I submitted my referrals. HR didn’t have the courtesy to inform me at all of what is going on. Interviews were great, but beyond that the steps are awful. Everyone says poor things about Dish, but I went in with an open mind and I got proven wrong. Thanks, never applying here again.
