Interview process consists of being interviewed by three people. Each person will ask you different types of questions. Overall I think the process went well, and should be able to be handled by anyone. Just relax and answer the questions, and just be honest. There are other steps required to get the job after the interview such as taking assessment tests if they want to move forward with you. I just finished my interview so I am not sure whether or not for a fact I will be receiving the next step to take the assessments but as far as the initial interview goes you will most likely not get a decision after the interview.

Dish's hiring process was definitely thorough! I had multiple interviews, assessments, and even an internal survey. It was a lot, but Jacob, my main contact, was fantastic. He kept me in the loop every step of the way, and let me know what was required from me, which I really appreciated. Everyone I met was professional and the office itself was impressive. Overall, a positive experience, even if it was a bit lengthy.
