I sat with the art director and we went over what's expected, then the president joined in. Once the president left, the art director took me on a tour of the facility. When the art director was done, I waited in the conference room for the president and when he came back in, we spoke about compensation. I made my request, and he said he would get back to me by 1:00pm the next day.
