The DNV interview process began with an online application and psychometric testing, followed by a video interview assessing my motivation and fit. I was then invited to a virtual assessment centre, which included a technical interview, a group exercise, and a competency-based interview. The process was well-structured and gave a clear insight into DNV’s values and the role’s expectations.
