Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso DP Architects nel mese di lug 2026
Colloquio
Started with a 45 min of REVIT test eventhough the given the time in the email says 1 hour.
You would need to be prepared for this depending if you're beginner or not.
Later came in two directors who will interview you but it will feel like 5-10mins. You will not have the time to explain nor asking questions to show your eagerness / interest to the company, They will only ask some personal backgrounds and which "(school?). Just only 2/3 questions and then you're gone with a pat on the shoulder
They will only see your resume & portfolio, which is enough information, and they will ONLY BE LOOKING at your REVIT RESULT.
I already knew there's no chance for the offer even though I have tried my best to give my background and explaining what i've done for the previous company during interview

Colloquio
It was a fairly easygoing interview with the studio director. I had interned there before so a lot of it was about my experience there. I shared some of the works from my portfolio of school coursework.

Interview Experience: Architectural Designer
Overall a positive experience. The interview was professional and well-structured, with interviewers familiar with my portfolio. Questions focused on project experience, technical skills, and team collaboration. Expectations were explained clearly, though the process felt quite traditional and the timeline was a bit slow.

Domanda 1
The conversation centred around my project background, role within teams, and technical exposure, particularly design development and coordination. Questions were practical and relevant to the role, with an emphasis on how I work within large, structured teams and handle deadlines.
