Overall, it was a positive experience. Once I applied I received a call around an hour later where they did a quick phone screening regarding my background, salary expectations and availability. I was invited to a group assessment where I did a group exercise with other candidates, followed by a presentation, mock conversation and a case study. The 2nd stage interview was a more conventional format. Questions asked seemed more explorative about me as a person vs objectives achieved. My general advice: Although there were no questions asked regarding this, I would suggest reading up on Geopost, the owner company and the Business DNA methodology. Lastly, as cliche as it sounds, be yourself.

Very good and friendly, the hiring managers made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. They asked me why did I apply and what do I know of DPD. They spoke very highly of DPD and gave brief background to why they were recruiting and what their expectations were.
