It was HR call for initial check and to see the availability for me to schedule an interview at DPL via MS Teams. Overall the process of HR was very satisfying and professional.

It was a great experience, the interviewer starts from simple to advance level questions. They ask about Data structures, Technical coding questions and database related questions. Overall its a great experience.

no proper process. they do not have any proper policy for anything. This is so not acceptable.
HR is responsible for everything. She sometimes change the not recommended employees into recommended and vice versa.
