Process was super simple. The company at the time was run by a bunch of inexperienced college grads. They built a business plan in college and put it into action. This showed throughout the interview process. First interview was super informal. Asked nothing more than my experience. The second interview was a panel of one person you could tell knew about logistics and the other that was so data driven that he clearly had lost sight of the overall goal which was logistics. He asked me more about the data from my previous jobs more than my accomplishments. The 3rd interview was with the CFO of the company which isn't typical at all but another college grad that was more data driven than logistics. I get it's a tech company but the tech was not impressive at all. The questions here were more about salary negotiations. I told them to submit the offer and id tell them yes or no based on their budget. This last tactic was profit driven. Ask you about what you made at your previous job so they can try and low ball the offer to you.

I did not formally apply for this job. I happened to bump into a Client Success manager through a friend of mine. The first interview was with him to explain my history within the industry and the company itself. I was then interviewed by the CFO which took some time to set up leaving me to think they had hired another candidate. Once the interview was scheduled we again discussed my experience in the field and my resume. There was not a formalized interview process set up at this time so it was more "Get to know you questions" Rather than your typical "STAR" questions you would typically go through in this industry. I was then passed onto my 3rd interview a few days later. This was with one of the Upper Managers. Again we went over past experience and the company. He did as a couple of specific questions relating back to my experience. Which I am assuming this was to cross check my memory of my resume. Usually when an interviewer conducts questioning like this they are trying to see body language to see if you lied on your resume. But after this I was asked a few situational based questions which were pretty easy to answer.
