Multiple senior and mid-level executives interviewed me and all said that they needed to discuss the possibilities amongst themselves. In the end, it came down to me and an internal guy who ultimately got the position. It was an impressive firm and seemed like a great, high energy environment.

The process took 4-5 months. The recruiter did not get back to me or follow any timeline or deadline. I followed up on multiple occasions only to be ghosted for a month and then emailed back. It was a very bad experience.

They blew off the first phone interview and asked to reschedule after the fact. Finally had a phone interview that I thought went fairly well and was told I’d likely hear back early the following week. 2 follow ups and 1 month later I haven’t heard anything. Unprofessional and flakey
