One Round of technical interview and one round of General interview with Hiring Manager Technical Interview - Questions were with respect to L4/L3 Wintel & Virtualization. Past experiences. Scenario based technical questions. Manger Interview - General, questions about ITIL process etc

1. First round was Technical and telephonic : a panel of two Senior Engineers conducted it. They asked about the technologies I worked earlier. The interview was for more than 45 mins. It started with basic understanding to deep dive. I liked the way the discussion was done. 2. Second round : Face to face: They called me for technical round after two days : Lasted for half an hour. during face to face two SME was there. they asked about my expertise and technical scenarios I have worked. They explained there requirement and expectations. 3. Managerial Round : On the same day , after 10 mins or so ,a Technical Manager came up and we had a discussion about my previous companies, experiences and my goals toward learning. the discussion was healthy. 4. HR Round /Salary negotiation: After 4 days HR called me for salary discussion. We had a good negotiation and I was satisfied and after joining date was ascertained he assured me to release the offer latter after two days. I got a link to register in workday portal and all formalities are performed in that portal itself. and finally offer letter was released in the same portal. The whole process took 15 days.
