I know of two other people besides myself who had the same experience. The interview process starts off normal enough and the interviewers are knowledgeable and ask good questions (not everyone does!). And then things go dark... for weeks... even if you got far down the path and completed their over-engineered personality assessment. The lack of status or usable feedback is disrespectful and frustrating. If you are really persistent the consistent resolution is "the job description changed" or "we decided we need to go in another direction".
