it started with a phone interview, next it was on to a DM in person interview, and lastly an interview with the RD. lastly the offer came from the RD and was dependent on passing a background check and drug test

phone screen consisting of basic interview questions, then moved on to interview via phone with the hiring manager who was confrontational, argumentative and arrogant. I was called back but declined their requests for another interview as I had some other opportunities that were more appealing.
