Simple and quick. Sat down with the manager in an empty part of the restaurant and was asked about myself and what I did, and things like why I wanted to work there. I was hired on the spot after the interview.

The interview process was very informal. It was mainly an open-ended conversation with the owner, and I was free to ask any questions. That being said, I got lucky since these were small-business owners, so don't expect such an informal interview with other locations.
