I met Dalet at my grad school career fair. They were prompt with their follow-ups until my first interview. Thereafter they stretched out the hiring process into eternity. Rounds included 1 introductory, 1 technical (networks, DB, tech support, etc), 1 PM and 1 final. I passed all rounds with flying colours and highly positive feedback. They even recommended me for a higher position than the one I had applied for, I’d never seen this happen before in my life. In my final interview they asked me my salary expectation and then it all came down like a house of cards. They stopped reaching out to me. They did send a few replies to my follow ups, saying they’re doing internal validations and will come back in a week. But every time I would have to reach out to them and they’d buy another week. It was very obvious they had started looking for another candidate who’d be willing to come in for cheaper. In all of this excuse making the most shocking thing was that they never tried to negotiate with me. I was actually pretty willing to negotiate if they wanted to, but they stopped communication and kept making me wait instead. While waiting I had already decided that it’s a toxic work culture where their utmost priority is to get cheap labor. Quality and values would go to hell for them. 4 months passed between my first interview and their full and final result. I finally got a reject after pushing them repeatedly for months. I asked for feedback or areas of improvement and they never replied. I haven’t worked here but a start-to-end interview process can tell a lot about the company, upper management and decision makers. It is the worst!

Very fast and easy
In total, 3 interview with the project manager and the general manager usa.
The first was about me and a presentation of the company, the second was a technical interview, and the last one with the general manager usa to confirm my motivation for the job.
