I applied online. I got an interview after a month. Then a second interview after 2 weeks. Round 1 interview with 5 staff members. They had a list of question each asked. Round 2 with the dean and faculty advisor. Dean did most of the talking. Questions were somewhat vague.

I had one interview with the Director & Asst. Director, it was very laxed and formal. I answered probably 7 questions. the interview actually started almost and hour late.
