The first interview was a phone interview over Microsoft Teams with a recruiter. The phone interview went smoothly, and the recruiter who interviewed me was great! In the end, the recruiter let me know that I would get an answer within 1 or 2 weeks, but unfortunately, I got ghosted instead.
