I did many rounds of interviews and a take home test. It's super frustrating to not get any feedback, but I guess that's 2023. Overall, while I was disappointed not to be offered a position, but maybe it was a blessing in disguise as the pay was below market rate. I was willing to deal with that because I loved the company mission and I liked the people I interviewed with.
