The first round interview is very straightforward and only asks about basic related BDR experiences and some visa questions. The interviewer also give a background introduction about the Dandy company and its current development within the US.

Three rounds of interviewing, phone screen, conversation with BDR manager and an in person shadow session and mock call. They had me show up at 9am and simply just sit uncomfortably in their "lounge" area while everyone went about their day for about a half hour before a "shadow" session began where I got to witness a BDR make one phone call. Then came the mock call which if you've ever done a mock call in person, is also a very awkward thing to do. All in all, a very uncomfortable experience, plus had to pay $70 for parking.
