I had an initial phone screening with the company recruiter, then within a few days another phone interview with the corporate environmental person, and the day after that an in-person interview with the same environmental person, the location HR person, and the location plant manager. In every step, they made me feel really comfortable. It was simply a back and forth conversation about my skills and what they needed. This made the process much easier than it has been at other times.
