Two phone screens - one with a Dassault Systemes HR/recruiter, and one with a Quintiq team lead. Questions were standard "getting to know you" , "walk me through your resume" and "why do you think you're a good fit" type questions. I was then called in for an in-person on site at their office in Radnor, PA. The in-person took 3+ hours in total, with four parts: 1. Puzzles and Brain teasers - solve as many as you can, in a given time period. The questions are generally simple but time-consuming to just solve out, so you have to "figure out" the short-cut to get to the answer quickly. 2. Thinking/Open-ended question: given <Specific Company> and <Specific Process> diagram on the whiteboard a GUI you would design for their schedule planning software. 3. Solving a problem using the Quintiq software (with some minor guidance). There was also a software bug in the scenario (on purpose) and I was asked to write up a sample bug report for this issue. 4. "Culture Committee" round-table with a few other Quintiq employees. AMA-type situation; "there's no manager in the room, and none of us are on the hiring committee".
