I interviewed in Dassault Systemes Malaysia. Formally, the experiences was very nice. The interview not only one way session but interactive session. I got to know about the role and responsibility. There are 2 stage of interviews. First with Senior Manager in Netherland and second with local manager in Malaysia. Both session was very nice and they said I fulfill the expectation and the objective of the interview. However, when the result come out I am very disappointed because the HR said I am lack of experience and skills to fulfill the job although the hiring manager said during the interview, I am very capable of doing this job and he said all of his expectation have been fulfilled.
