Colloquio
I applied online and was reached out by their HR manager via email. There is a hyperlink in the email that will take you to a small coding puzzle on a webpage. After that, I was required to record a series of short videos to answer a bunch of behavioural questions. Then I was called onsite for a 3 hr technical interview. The onsite technical interview about using proper algorithm and data structures to solve the problem. After a bit of bug fixing, I was able to pull it off. Then they would like to book in with me another round of technical interview in the following week. Unfortunately, I was unwell after the interview so I have to postpone the interview one week after. The 2nd interview was with 4 guys from the technical team, they take turns to give me some Easy/Medium level algorithm questions, I was able to solve them pretty quick. After the interview, they said they will have a discussion if I will make it to the final HR interview. So I waited about 30 mins outside and then came back and was told they will not process me any further. I guess there are stronger competitors out there, and later I searched profile of current employees of the company, most of them have very impressive educational background. So I guess you must be very smart to join their elite team. To be honest, I would like to a company with everyone is highly technical. I probably need to study harder to get into a company like this one day.

It was just a technical test. The interviewer did not want to talk to me at all. I was misunderstood for complaining a lot, however what I want is just basic communications.
I felt like they did not like me from the very beginning, before I did anything.
