I received an interview request within two days of applying, which I liked. The interview was not technical (a bit surprising compared to other interviews that I was on) however the interviewer indicated that I was expected to take part in a technical challenge. While a little set back that I would have to select my own technical challenge and report back in two weeks, I sunk my teeth into it, seeking problems, but was a bit disappointed after getting an email two days later that they had selected an alternate candidate.
