I applied online and I received a call within a week. There was a group interview that lasted about one hour. Then I got a call back a couple of days later to come back in for a second group interview. A couple days after that I received an offer.

Quick, in-person interview. Two hiring managers at the interview. They asked multiple questions and described the position thoroughly. They also answered questions about sales goals for the role. It was a straightforward, positive experience.
