Group interview with 4 other people. Went in order to answer each question that was asked by the store manager and a sales manager. Only lasted about 20 minutes. They called me the next day to give me the offer.
It was very straightforward - they looked over my resume and asked a few questions. It was just a few minutes long and largely entailed them going over the position and the schedule.

What is your biggest weakness and how are you trying to overcome it?
An hour process with questions about personality/styling. They made you select a bridal outfit to get a sense of your style. They also asked basic interview questions like strengths/weaknesses and more.
