The interview process was thorough and professional. In the first stage there were a couple assessments: one cognitive ability test, and one personality test. Then there was a one-way interview where you record yourself answering questions prompted by pre-recorded video of the interviewer. The next step was an in-person interview at the office which was relaxed and professional. Everyone involved in the process was friendly.
