The interview was very different from what I expected. First a presentation about the company is shown. Then they take you out on a playing field or area to indulge in sports activities where they make you perform tasks to see your personality traits and leadership skills as well.

The interview process was very innovative with a sports round at the start to gauge your overall attitude and then a personal interview round to understand your previous work experience. Finally, if they see you as fit then you will be given the option of “Live our Life” where you need to explore the company for two days and later decide if you want to work in the organisation or not.

Generally everything would be through your Sports Rounds which determines your Atitude , Team player Mentality and your Skills. Final round would be a personal interview where they determine your Intersts and Personal Experience on your Job and Life.
