Phone screen after approximately 2 weeks, asked a few questions (what do I know about the company, what are their mission statement/values), then assigned an interview date/time. Interview was with DON. Asked about 5 questions then was hired on the spot

Very straightforward interview process. It helps researching into the different units the hospital has. They inform you on the hospital environment as well as what to expect from working there and caring for patients.
