I applied through Indeed, and a couple days later I was contacted by a woman from the HR department about a phone screening, which happened the next day. About a week after that, I came to the Wilmington office for an interview, where I met with the same woman from HR, and another employee who handles training. During this interview, they asked me some questions about my background and gave me more details about the job. Later that week, I was sent an analytical and reading comprehension assessment, which took about an hour. The day after completing this, they contacted me with an offer.

Interviewed in September 2022. Interview was a straightforward, one-round process. Mostly small talk just to see if you can gel with others and can be dedicated to working and consistently improving your production.
