The interview at Deligence Technologies consisted of three steps. First, a telephonic interview where I introduced myself, discussed my background, and shared why I was interested in the role. The second step was a technical interview lasting an hour, focusing on my skills, technical knowledge, and experience in UX design. Finally, the third round was with the CEO, where we discussed the company’s vision, my fit for the role, and how I could contribute.
