I had a telephone interview - an in house recruiter emailed me and asked if I was interested in discussing a role that they had available, they then arranged to call me to discuss the role and my experience in more detail. Following the interview they said they would send me a full JD and invited me to send in my CV to apply for the role formally.

3 Stages of interview, with SFM, Director and VP. The questions are competency and technical based. The response / feedback from each stage of interview is quick. There were some generic competency based questions but also some role related questions.
