Chaotic interview process. I turned up for the interview twice and waited 15 minutes, only to be told that there had been an "emergency" and the people in my interview were needed in another meeting. The Excel case study given was a mess. It was a sheet of performance stats from their rider acquisition campaigns, but it was impossible to produce the right recommendations & insight as key information was missing, and figures in various places contradicted each other. It felt like it had been put together with very little thought into whether it was a workable case study. After the interviews, I didn't hear back for two weeks, and had to chase for feedback. After two weeks of chasing, I gave up and assumed that I had not gotten the role.
