Screening interview with recruiter, discussion of real scenarios in the relevant marketing space - could I identify the key business challenges, how would I address them etc. Also gave an in depth view of the company, the ethos, the structure and the working style

What are the key business challenges for this area
The coordination was very chaotic, multiple re-schedules of an appointment, then decline because of already filled role, then next day call that decline was a mistake etc. The interview itself was ok, while a pretty strange interview style

The interviewer wasn't very clear on the role being offered. There was a lack of understanding of the company's numbers at the interviewer's answers and questions were answered only ambiguously. There was also a lack of action orientation in the organisation and reminded of a once upon a time startup that has lost its startup vibe completely.
