The Interview Process was fairly straight-forward. They were basically looking to hire people for their new R&D wing in Bangalore. The one thing they expected from all the candidates was good analytical reasoning. Technical skills were checked but not to the extent one would expect. Reasoning questions were the norm.

Round 1: A panel interview with four team members. They asked about my background, past projects, and normal interview questions like your strength and weaknesses etc Round 2: A discussion with the director, focusing more on alignment with the company’s goals, expectations for the role, and my long-term career interests.
