Ask a lot of behavioral questions regarding conflict, leadership, strengths, weaknesses or failures to display how you dealt with a situation and overcame it. Generally its a 2 on 1 or 3 on 1 interview, and at least 2 to 3 interviews. The process time can vary depending on how fast they need to fill the position also, so it could be a quick turn around or several months.
