Phone Screen followed by technical interview to assess your area of expertise. A recruiter from the company will call you first and check your availability and give you some background information. you will then be given a date to speak to either a team lead or manager for a technical or detailed interview. This is your chance to explain your experiences and how you could fit into a support role with Dell Services.

The interview process was the same as many others. The first screening was with the hiring manager, two team leads, a client representative and the account executive. Once I passed the screening, a face to face interview took place within a week or so. With a week thereafter, my hiring was conditionally approved. The position needed to be restructured to allow me to join the organization. This process took another two (2) months. Once I signed the offer letter, it was another month before I was on-boarded.

The interview was very small and brief. They told me about my roles and responsibilities and asked me how soon can I Join. They told me how they function and what are the things they want from this particular position. They mentioned that it will be a part of the commercial team and the budget allocation will come from there. They said that its a very crucial position in the company

I had applied through an Employee Referral. I was contacted by their HR and then underwent 2 rounds of telephonic/skype interview.
Interview difficulty was average and was able to get through easily.
Didn't have any stress interviews but some of my colleagues were in fact asked stressful questions.
They want people who are willing to travel and flexible/not choosy with the project which they are willing to take up.
