Extremely long. You never hear back in a timely manner. Of course they have a lot of applicants to get through, so that is something to be considered. It all felt like "hurry up and wait" . The tests you take can be confusing if you've never been asked any psychological questions before. They format these questions like that so they can "weed" out people who are lying.
