I applied at the end of May and received an invite to do an assessment test. About two weeks later received an invite to do an online digital interview. Five questions:
Please describe a situation when you demonstrated initiative and took action without waiting for direction. What was the situation, what actions did you take and what was the results?
Tell us about a time you had to work with someone with a difficult personality. What made this person difficult and how did you handle it? What were the results?
Give us an example of choice you made to go above and beyond. What was needed to satisfy the customer ? What was the situation? What actions did you take and what was the result?
Tell us about a time when you worked on a team with someone who did not do his/her share of work. What was the situation? What actions did you take and what was the result?
Tell us about a time when you witnessed a coworker or colleague breaking the rules or being dishonest or behaving in an unprofessional manner. What was the situation? What actions did you take and what was the result?
I was invited to a f2f in June. In my personal opinion, it has a lot to do with how you look and how well you communicate with others. Smile and talk with others but don't be fake. Where your hair up and do not over do your makeup! I was offered a CJO and accepted. I have read my times on the forums that some felt they were over qualified and that was the reason they were not picked. I was picked and I have a Masters degree and I'm in my mid twenties so you definitely will not be over qualified. I also prepared for this interview for a month and was very prepared so the interview was easy for me. Best of luck to everyone interviewing! Hope this helps!

I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
