The process took about two months. I applied online, was then invited for to take an online assessment. Then a few weeks later, I was invited to complete the video interview, where you record yourself answering 4 questions. Then a month later, I was emailed to schedule an in person interview. The interview itself was with a group of about 15 other people The appt took about 3 hours. You are all together as a group until one of the station managers calls you back for your 1:1 interview. They basically recycle the same questions from the video interview. Basically, its six different "tell us a time when..." questions. After the interview, the managers leave the room for a brief moment and discuss, then I was escorted out. I believe that that is when the decision is made. They tell you that there are many other candidates and that the selection process is extensive, and that they will let you know either way within 1-2 weeks. (If you don't get it, they do not.)
