There are several steps before the actual face to face interview. After completing the application there is a assessment taken. If allowed to move to the next step there is a online interview through HireVue. Usually question that should be answered in the STAR format. You are allowed to read the question and given 20 sec to think of your response before answering. Dress professionally in and suit. Remember first impressions count.

Went to interview, got the job offer the same day contingent on Drug test, background screening, fingerprinting and Physical Test. 3 weeks later got a email that everything cleared and a start date. The process from the time I applied until when someone cintacted me for an interview was 4 months

Multiple phases; initial step was by webcam via app called HireVue. There was a five question interview. Questions are recorded and can be deleted and re-recorded as many times as you would like.
