This is not a good experience for you. We take great effort and pride in our professionalism, and I would be shocked if the actions mentioned above resulted from any actions within Delta. We've worked with some great recruitment agencies, however, there have been isolated examples of an external recruiter not representing Delta in the way we'd expect.
