The recruiter then took me to the nurse manager's office where I was interviewed for a second time. Uppermost in my mind was: orientation for new nurses, scheduling, and nurse-patient ratios. All questions were answered without hesitation. A tour of the nursing unit included not only being shown around but also being introduced to the nurses on duty that shift.
