The process was streamlined from recruiter side, she had explained very well about role, career progression and selection process in advance post screening profile which normally recruiters skip in first discussion. One day interview and all rounds were done. Quite impressed with technical discussion with panel but final round with BU head was quite sceptical. I couldn't gaze out exact expectations from this role which is a senior manager role. Other than final round every process was good. Hence could not consider for next employer to be work with, because their vision is not clear. It didn't show up from last one year activities as per my research.
