The whole process took far too long, like months and months. Everything was over the phone and via video conference which if the connection wasn't great took even longer. I did feel totally at ease though

I had a good experience overall - questions were straightforward and panel made me to feel comfortable. Questions were on behaviours and strengths and interview about 40 - 45 minutes long.
