I had three people on the interview panel. The questions were printed out and were sent to me prior to the interview. All three interviewers was kind and great listeners. I felt really respected in the interview.

The interview process was very good. A tour followed by a panel interview from multiple members of the front of house management. This was following a written application from the website and the interview was the final stage.
