After the initial screening conversations, I was asked to prepare and present a mock quarterly business review and also participate in a role-play activity. These realistic and valuable exercises gave me insight into the kinds of customer relationships that Descartes prioritizes.
When a technical issue cut my first conversation with a senior leader short, they immediately rescheduled without hesitation. It was a small gesture that said a lot about the company's flexibility and respect for people's time.
