I described a service that I worked on that had a lot of technical constraints from third-party applications. The hiring manager told me this was not a difficult technical problem and moved on. I believe they were probably looking for a problem focused on big-data/storage/latency (even though they didn't specify even when asked to clarify what they meant by technical)
