I answered for all questions unrehearsed and from the top of my head. I regret in hindsight not doing research on the specific job description so that I could be prepared for obvious and likely questions and offer up good nuggets of what makes me a good candidate for THIS job instead of just rehashing personal career experiences that I valued but in many cases were NOT relevant to the job they were hiring for.
