I believe that you have to assess the students learning styles and present material in several different ways to capture all types of learners. This takes some serious pain staking prep each semester. However if teaching nursing getting a group of students that you will have for several semesters of lecturing and the same time of clinical you can teach to your learning styles. And always be available for any student whom is looking for more understanding that you may have to work with some to find out if it effort or methodology or not.
