I applied online. I called a few days later to inquire about the progress of my application and was immediately given a phone interview. Two hours later, I was asked for come in the following week for an in-person interview. I had my interview with a coordinator and lead clinician. They took turns asking me questions about my education and experience as a clinician.

Initial call with company recruiter, then a 1-on-1 interview with the program manager I'd be working for. Laid-back and pretty informal, with typical interview questions. Afterwards had to submit references and information online, then do the Diana Screening.
